I have 10 apps used internally for staff, so these are OK to require sign in.

But I now wish to create 1 app, that our customers will use to submit a form. Therefore I do not wish to force sign in.

It seems we need deploy a “public app”.

Do I have to create a new account, if want 1x of our apps to be “public” while the others remain “private”?

Or is there another option?

Thanks,

How many users this app will have? About?

Each different class of application does require septate accounts. However, you can still use all the same data sources so that the apps are tied together from the backend more or less…

The reason why I asked users is… if your customers are using the app very rare, you could still use the existing per user plan without sign-in. You just need to be careful when sharing the app’s url. Doable with the same account, but…

It might be ~20 users a week, and pretty always a new user. The link to the app would only be shown to customers to start the return process.

In that case the Publisher plan could be your choice.
