I want reference to list in a sell

Hello.
I am making an application for input item data.
These items are have 2 infomation.
1)Control number. this is key number.
2)Work location and dete information.
I want to register them.
but 2) infomation is not accurate. Because the workers are writing by hand.
so I should reference correct data by the workers calender.
Since the number of workers fluctuates, I think it is not realistic to register calendars one by one.
So I decided to enter the date and worker name in Appsheet and refer to the calendar using GAS on the spreadsheet.
Is it possible to select some work information from it on Appsheet?
I’m sorry for the poor English, but I would appreciate it if you could answer or ask any questions.

Thank you for your reply.
My plan is
1, Enter “Item control number”, “Date” and “Workers name” with appsheet. and save it.
2, Get Schedule registered by workers on that day.Up to 5 schedules per day.
And enter to another sheet(I’m going to implement this in GAS)
3, Edit the number’s with appsheet and select schedule.

The problem is that I can not refer list in a cell.
