I want that instead of having a text value I want to have its corresponding ID

Hi , I need an enum list filed kinda of buttons that will give me the solution , once I click on a button instead of having a text value I want to have its corresponding ID , knowing that the cell can hold two values seprated by pipe sign "|" . Exemple : instead having    enfant|femme I want 125|124
