IFS seems to do an OR across the conditions the statement contains. Is there a way to AND them?

Ahhh… I see there is an AND conditional statement. I’ll go figure that out…

Argh. Is there full documentation anywhere? Searching for “AND” in the documentation brings up every blog post. AND is aslo not in the expression builder, that I can see. Where can I lookup its syntax?
