ISSUE - App unusable due to repeated sync (Only affecting iPhone users)

Hello,

We have an issue on one of our company apps where only iPhone users are having the app continuously re-sync, rendering the app unusable. This issue has persisted for over a month for only iPhone users (Browser, Windows, Android, and even iPad app is working properly).

The majority of the affected users are on iOS version 16.1.1 and AppSheet version 15.2 , but it did seem to affect some earlier versions of iOS as well (where we then instructed them to update).

We have been working with Appsheet support, but haven't been able to reach the required level of support required yet. This is beginning to seriously affect our business, so I wanted to see if anyone else had experienced this?

Seen this a couple of times in the last month.  Tried putting app into recovery mode.  But the only thing that fixed it was reinstalling appsheet on their phone.

We have the same issue here...?!...  is there a any updates/easons for this?!
