Icon instead of icon/text

I have a table view that has a Icon format rule for one of the columns. I would like for the table view to display only the Icon and not the associated text. Right now, it displays the icon and then the text right by it.

Create an empty virtual column, attach the icon to it, and hide the current column.

"Attach" means that you select that column for the icon of your rule

Thanks SkOYC for the reply, my issue was very simple and for anyone who needs it.

to create an EMPTY virtual column just need to use "" in the appformula.

that was my whole problem :P, after that the UX icon assigned to the column will appear according that Steve said.
