If this is true: Condition : Is not working properly in appsheet.
Even if condition is false all action added in Do This section: are been triggered.

Condition: AND([Status] = “1”,[Reset_Flag])

Where Status is Text and Reset_Flag is Boolean

Also, try to use the Test option on the workflow rule to see if the conditions are being marked as true or false?
