I am creating an app which require user to fill a form to make a purchase. There is column Balance in user table, so whenever a new entry is created the amount entered in the form should be deducted from the balance. Can someone help me implement this. Thank you.

Having an idea of how you structured your tables would actually help.
However, if you are using Google sheets i'd suggest using a formula in the Balance column to deduct the cost of the purchase. You should also consider in the same formula how to add money to the balance i guess.
