Included Nested Rows based on a dependent dropdown list

I've managed to create a dependent drop down list based on the time of day that is selected, which then filters certain tasks that have to be completed in the said time selected on the form. However, for two tasks, when selected in the dynamic dropdown list, I want to then have a nested form as the next data entry point. I have tried to play around with the Valid_If section to no avail. 

For example, if the following fields, I want the next row (after "Task Completed") to be a nested row from a separate tab in google sheets. Would appreciate any support on this

You cannot have a form to enter fields from more than one table.

Having said that, it is not very clear what you are trying to do. Please provide more details to get ideas from the community such as the definitions of the relevant tables. (You seem to deal with at least three tables, tasks, task status, and a third table that you are referring as "another tab")
