Information from child table to parent table

Hello, I am trying to get my App to show the data I provided in a Child sheet to appear in a Drop down or Auto complete function on my App, I have used the Ref functions but it doesn't give me the ability to have a drop down or auto complete option. 

What I want to happen is where it says "New" is have a list off all the provided data I have so you can select multiple options. I have the "Codes" uploaded into my tables for the app as well.

If I wanted to have multiple drop downs in that same column, how could I do that? I tried separating with commas and semi colons, but it only recognizes the first entry
