Inital Value not work

How do I make the suggested value appear in the specified column.
in this case I created the suggested value with usersettings(Name), it should display the Name of the usersetting. but actually it’s not like that,

and the suggested values work on the formula as shown below.

please help, so that the suggested value can appear and work

Can you provide the configuration details of that column in a screenshot (i.e. what shows when you click on the pencil icon next to the column)?
