Initial Value - In Drop Down list not auto populating

Hello everyone. I tried to set the initial value of the bellow listed drop-down so it auto populates [dog 1:]

I have checked the label as you can see bellow, but still not populating. 

Ideas?

Be sure that your Initial value expression yields a value from the key column (i.e., not the label column) of the table that the Dog1: column references.
