Initial Value with same column text

Hi

I am trying to add Initial Value with new text from the form.

and auto Initial Value display but that value is also editable but I need don't need the Initial Value to be editable. but in front of Initial Value, I need to up the Temperature number

Not possible. I suggest placing those texts in the Display name of the column. For example it could say "Transfer Temp (°C)" and "Fuel Level (LTR)".
