Insert Row to share an app

Hi,

I was sondering if it is possible to share multiples apps when adding a new Row in a table?
I have a backoffice app with a USERS table.
I would like other apps to be automatically shared when I add a new row to my users table.

The information within those apps is really secured, this is why I really need the access to be restricted to USERS and not to entire damains.
I have many users that are activated and desactivated every day.

When all apps have their own whitelist, you can’t update them dynamically with a formula or a record.

@Aleksi Indeed, I was more thinking about a fowkflow or an Api call. When I add a row to my user table, it adds the email to targetted app’s whitelist

I’m afraid you can only add user’s email into whitelist manually.
