Integration of Google Calendar + Link with a table of users => what is the best practice?

Hello,

I integrated Google Calendar with AppSheet and I'm using a table of users. When me client create a event, I want that he can select the name and first name of his customer. For this, I'm using the field "Description" as a Ref to my table. Then, my customer can select the name and firstname => OK

But the problem is that the field Description  is used for that.

Have you got another solution to create the Ref between the Calendar and the user table? I've already tried with the email but I cannot select the name and first name or the event is not created due a problem with the format of list email.

I'm waiting your ideas... ๐Ÿ˜‰
