Is it possible to modify the [_ComputedName]?

The default formula for [_ComputedName] is 'CONCATENATE([first_name]," ",[last_name])'. I'd like to have the last name first, and first name second. In one case, I created a virtual column where the last name comes first, because I need to sort by last name.

Is there any harm to modify the auto generated '_ComputedName'?
