Is there a way to flatten a pdf generated by a workflow?

I have a workflow that emails a pdf that contains an image from quick charts, but the image is displayed as a URL, and when I open it, adobe crashes… I’d really like to know if there’s a way to display these images in a way that doesn’t corrupt the document.

Yes, it is because the image link has such a large payload but there’s nothing I can do about it.
