Issue for license user when user register

hi dear
i want to ask for license in appsheet
i have 20 license appsheet core in a domain example @mydomain.com
why when my team new register with domain @mydomain.com my license is why is reduced?
even though I did not add him as a license. how to calculate license usage in appsheet?
