i want to show the course name of all employee in related training matrixes field after the employee name.
If we give the type enum to courses Date showing error because of formula, i want to keep the date as it is but also want to show the course name after the name instead of designation.
What's the easy solutions of this issue

That's an inline view, you can change it to fit your needs.
It's name is usualy "NameOfTable_Inline"
It's a system view, created by default
The easiest way to change it is by clicking on the "View" button at the bottom of the view, which will open the list or records under "Related Training Matrixs", then further down the emulator, where it says "Preview App as", "View" and "Table", click on the View
