First at all. Sorry for y english… I will try explain the issue as better as I can
At yesterday I have upgrade my free account to core account. I purchased two users kind core
Before this upgrade (ussing the free account) I have added six users with @gmail.com account to one APP (called APP_Pendientes)
After purchase licensing, I clone my APP, make updates to this clone, and change this new APP to “deployed”. Then I follow the procedure to sent the new deployed APP Version to the users. It works OK.
Today I have recieved this messages:
Then I sent a message to the users and erase all users into users sections:
But the users can use the APP yet. One of them have logged out into his device too, but he can access to APP if he login again with your account.
On another hand, all of my APP have not users declared right now,.
Must I make any refresh procedure to deactivate the users added with the free account ?
If I add to my APP a new user now , it will be taken from core licensing purchased ???
