Issues with app launching

Hello! I have always had issues with the custom app icons on the homescreen. I have multiple appsheet apps. Sometimes, when I have APP #1 and APPSHEET open in the background in my phone, and then I click APP #2 on my phone’s homescreen, it sends me to the appsheet app, but does not load the new app. Additionally, sometimes it does not even sync if APP #1 is open in the background as well as APPSHEET, and I open APP #1 with the custom icon. Is this an Appsheet issue or an iphone issue? Thanks!

Nicholas, there is a lag sometimes if a new app is being opened from a home screen icon while an existing app is already open - but it should load for you. If you’re still experiencing this issue, mind emailing the details to support@appsheet.com?
