Launch a GPX navigation in another app within AppSheet

We are monitoring water sources in an AppSheet app in locations within the National Forest.  There is no reception and no trails leading to most of the locations. We need to navigate to the locations then make reports with AppSheet (that is setup to run offline).  I would like to store GPX files, approx. 30 KB size,  in a GSheet associated with the location name. Then in the app the user would click the GPX that would launch another app that works offline to navigate to the location. Would this be feasible or is there another means of launching another offline navigation app?

I think that any file is access from the internet, so no way to access a file while the app is being used without conection.

Now, that's what I think, I'm not sure about it.

GPX files seems to be a bunch of code, maybe there is a way to write the code to the cell instead of the file path and then maybe you would be able to open it

There is no way to launch other apps from AppSheet.
