Line chart on a time interval

Hello friends, I would like to consult you about how to make a line graph.

I would like to show the cost of a product over time, I have a manufacturing start date, a manufacturing end date and the total cost.

My idea is to distribute said value linearly over time so that the daily cost would be something like the total cost divided by the number of days between the two dates (duration of the production process).

Ahora bien, no tengo la menor idea de cómo hacer esto. Agradecería enormemente si alguien me ayuda a solucionar esto.

You'd need a record for each date, with the associated daily cost value.
