Link from Email Template Triggers Redirect Notice Every time

Hi, I have an app where I’ve provided Links to specific views within the app (the app is mainly used in the browser and browser caching caused normal link to send them to a previous record), before this week, the first time people got the redirect notice after that when they click the same link it was fine went directly to app, now every time we click on the links we get redirect notice.

Is there something I am not aware of going on here? is there any other way that will fix this issue? because the users are complaining about this as before it didn’t behave this way

any help would be hugely appreciated,

I'm having the same issue. Hyperlinked text within Email Body Template (Google Doc).  Red part is actual URL I hyperlinked
