Is there a way to create an URL that links directly to a whitelabel app on an Android phone?

What do you mean? What experience do you want the user to have when they click on the link?

I want the links to be able to open specific Whitelabel apps.

Right now deeplinks to other whitelabel apps automatically open in the same app.

Also, If for example I create an email template with a url link to one of my whitelabel apps, is there a way to have it open in the specified whitelabel app.

I checked with the developers. What you want to do is not possible.
