Locale Settings: Incorrect Date Format

Hello,

I think I have followed all the instructions but I cannot get this to work.

A date field it’s being shown with a dd/MM/yyyy format, although the Spreadsheet it’s in a MM/dd/yyyy format.

Here is the spreadsheet locale settings.
It’s in the US, and we can see that the date it’s being saved correctly (MM/dd/yyyy)

Here is the table locale settings

When I use the date field ([Treasury Forecasted Payment Date]) in a CONCATENATE function, it shows the right format, BUT, when I show in the table content, the format changes.

Any ideas what can I check to make the date in the table follow the right format?

Thanks!

  1. Confirm the column is actually defined as a Date.
  2. Check the Locale settings for the browser itself. Because the AppSheet Editor is browser based it will pick up locale settings from there.

Thanks! It was indeed related to the browser locale settings.
