Log in from another machine

A user of our app tried to log in to an app from another machine from the one she uses normally uses (another link was send).she is not able to … its showing an message : verify that it is your account …this device is not recognised by google …its telling try another way or phone or tablet but no place is provided to enter phone number …how to log in to another machine with the same id…

Actually this has nothing to with the app. Google is asking her to identify that this device is a trusted device and it’s really her trying to login.
