Logged in users should see "My apps" not "Start for free"

It the user is already logged in with an account (that is, already “started”), replace the “Start for free” button with a “My apps” button in the same spot. Currently “Start for free” already takes the user to “My apps” so the link would be the same but the text would fit with the function.
