Hi,
One user logged in by mistake with his personal gmail account which is not defined in the app Users manager.
And he used the app with the wrong username the whole day. Now all data is saved under his personal gmail account. I managed and transferred all data back to his business gmail account.
The problem is that his personal gmail account is using 1 license more.
I asked him to logout and log in again with his personal gmail and of course he is prompted with an error now.
How is this possible?
