Looking for a good wireless Blood-Pressure Cuff - to integrate into an App

One of my clients is a tele-health provider, and they're looking for a way to integrate wireless BP recording into an App they've developed.

The main problem they're running into is this:

• this particular project is a charity, so keeping cost down is a must...
• and all regularly available wireless BP cuffs on the market, want to charge you a monthly service fee to use their online platform

I'm wondering if anyone here has used, or knows of, a quality wireless BP cuff that can already push info into the cloud - without an ongoing subscription fee.
