Have been using:

ANY(SELECT(Translations[Text],AND([Language]=ANY(Setup[LanguageSelection]),[Text ID]=18 )))

When ever a text is displayed (localize, display name …), so it is possible to change the texts displayed on a device by changing LanguageSelection to say “English”.

Only “18” is changed to set the row of the text. I would like to only enter something like MyLanguageMacro(18), and have a definition of the Macro somewhere.

Sorry but not a solution. We use multiple language's and changes all texts in the user interface (no the data) including "display name" for UX.
