Mail to wont open ms outlook

I have created an action to start an email. The app runs with google chrome. It just gives me an about:blank and when i reload it appears a link which will not open ms outlook again. If i copy the link and run it in mozilla it runs but i want to use google chrome and not mozilla so that it runs automatically. I have tried to change the settings in chrome (handlers etc) but again it wont run. Whenever i press the action it wont open ms outlook except from some little times. i have tried everything! Please help!

Do this (Type of action to perform)=External: Start an email

I cant provide it because it has formulas that are written in Greek and they are too long!
