Manipulating timestamp is very easy

I just realized that one of our employees is manipulating the timestamps in our application.

The only thing you need to do is change the date on your Android phone and enter a new record!

Any ideas to fix this problem?

No way to prevent something like that sadly.

As a workaround I imagine you could create a bot to set the UTC time on server to the timestamp field when someone creates a record.

There's no way to prevent the app user from changing the date and time on their phone. The best option you have is to use Automation to add a trustworthy time to rows sent from the user's device.

Note that the automation timestamps will be from when the data sync occurred, so they aren't strictly accurate either.
