Manually Customized Embedded App View

Has anyone ever approached this use case before?

I would like to enable users to send an embedded app view in an email when they click a button, but I would like them to be able to add an area of text to the start of the email body.

For example, rather than the email appearing as an automated message, it would contain a question or request from the recipient along with the embedded view providing some data on that request.

this is possible by adding the variable (question) in the email body, the variable which has the question. This variable or any other text you add in the email body will appear above the embedded view.
