Merger of 2 actions

I defined a print operation as follows:
I set up an automation that creates a PDF file and uploads it to the drive.
Then I defined 2 actions:

2.

This means that in order to print I have to click on the first action, click on refresh, and click on the second action.
Is there a way to have everything in one click???
It will help me a lot
