Minor Editor UI bug, no vertical scroll with "tablet" sized Emulator

See attached screenshot. Upon changing the Emulator to the “tablet” size, and the vertical space becomes greater than the browser window, no vertical scrollbar appears for that portion of the page. As such, the items beneath the emulator are now off-screen and inaccessible. This is on Firefox. To be additionally noted, this screenshot is at 80% browser zoom. At typical 100% this issue is even worse.
