It sounds like the issue you're experiencing is that certain columns are not showing up in the embedded app view when an email notification is triggered to the recipient. Here's a possible solution:

  1. Check the "Slice" settings for the embedded view to make sure that the missing columns are included. To do this, go to the app editor, select the "Data" tab, and then click on the table that contains the missing columns. In the "Columns" section, check if the missing columns are included in the slice that is used for the embedded view. If they are not included, you will need to add them to the slice.

  2. Check the "Columns" settings for the email notification to make sure that the missing columns are included. To do this, go to the app editor, select the "Behavior" tab, and then click on the workflow rule that triggers the email notification. In the "Columns" section, check if the missing columns are included in the columns that are being sent in the email. If they are not included, you will need to add them to the list of columns.

  3. If the above steps do not work, you can try adding the missing columns directly to the email template using the "<<ColumnName>>" syntax. To do this, go to the email template editor and add the missing columns to the template using the syntax. For example, if the missing column is called "Category", you would add "<<Category>>" to the template where you want the column to appear.

  4. If none of the above solutions work, you can reach out to the AppSheet support team for further assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the issue and provide more targeted solutions based on the specifics of your app and workflow.
