Missing data on spreadsheet - only some computers

Hi,

The spreadsheet associated with my app is missing entries ONLY when viewed on some computers and not other. Can anyone suggest a fix? 2 computers show all info and 2 others show the majority but some columns are missing entries. Computers are all updated.

Provided you have made recent changes to your app and if Computer2 user is opening the app from the browser from a bookmark or recent history, than it’s quite possible that the browser is upfronting an old version of the app from the browser cache. I may suggest firstly to clear out browser cache and then opening the app and after the app is loaded perform a full sync prior to any data entry.
