As far as I know, AppSheet doesn't care if your email was deleted, changed provider, etc. It's the browser cookies that may be generating problems.
Try clearing cookies or an incognito window (Ctrl+Shift+N)
You have lost access because when you created the new email, even with the same username and password, you have actually become someone else.
Modern authentication services use the OAuth 2 authentication framework which works by exchanging access tokens rather than user credentials (username/passwd).
