Move Google Form Data to Create New Transaction ID in new Sheet

Hi. Would like to ask for any help here.

I have Lead Form (From Google Form that has to different colum field) to collect prospect data.

But once my team verify those lead. I would like to auto generate LEAD ID and copy some data to new table "Verified Lead Table" . I Don't know how to implement this in appsheet. Please help.
