Multi-Select/Quick Edit button not appearing when view opened first

I am having an issue when you click into a view the multi-select and quick edit button do not appear however when you click out of the view and back into it they appear ok. 

Is this a glitch that is happening for everyone?

Can this be fixed?

I recommend that you open a Support ticket to AppSheet.
