Multiple signatures

Hello
Does anyone have a sample app that would demonstrate the ability to capture an undefined amount of signatures per entry, I want to build a project start /safety card app that will allow all staff on site to complete a risk assessment of a site and then “sign on” to the card prior o commencing work?

I do not have a demo just for signatures but you can follow this app:

Create a new order, then add items to the order detail. In your case though, it would not be order detail but signatures.
