Multiple user can affect the data base of an app?

Hello Everyone!

I am a beginner and I have a question regarding publishing an app on App Store or play store,

if I completed my app and it is deployed and finally I wanted to share it on App Store, and a lot of people start using it, the data base wouldn't be the same for everyone? how to prevent that from happening ? can a different data base be created for each and every user?

You can configure, separately, each table in the app for "private" use - i.e. each user has its own version of that table.  Please see the image below
