My app works for free

Hi, I am on a free plan. So as I understand it, my app should work just for me. Other people can acces it as well, though. So how is the free plan worse than a pay per app plan? Does it work somehow worse/is there any promotion right now, anything? Thanks

Could it be because of this: "Invite up to 10 test users at no cost to use your apps and share feedback"? So I can have 10 guest users for free?

Up to 10 test users in any month for a prototype app - as soon as you deploy the app you will probably need to start paying depending upon its functionality.
