My reports are not sending emails

My reports are not sending emails with the time settings. They are sent if I select run. Help

If you mean by โ€œemailsโ€ - sending and email using workflows, then it is slightly different. I believe the workflow will send an email, but only to the app owner unless itโ€™s deployed.

Is your App deployed?

No but I am using my email

Hi @heatingcooling Reports do not auto run on undeployed apps.

As @Lynn indicated, you have to deploy and be on a paid plan for the reports to run automatically. See help documents:
