How can I extract data from a virtual column to populate and existing column in the spreadsheet?

Is it possible to be able to use ChangeTimestamp without editing or adding a row?
I would like Appsheet to allow a timestamp that I am currently running in Google Sheets to process on the Appsheet side, and then be able to see the results in an actual column rather than just a virtual column.
