New Bug Encountered: APP NOT ACCESSIBLE

Dear friends, i cannot use my app as it gives me the message of:

the app 928007 did not load successfully, please contact the app creator.

If i pay for the first month 5 dollars, will it work again automatically?

As you said it’s “your” app, I would first try to edit the app in the appsheet editor and see the detailed error message in the emulator view. Sometimes you can determine cause from there (such as table structure changes etc… maybe post the error you see here?

hello my friend, there is no error message in the dashboard, only when i run it on the phone, browser or emulator.

i have a free plan.

You could check the reason why your account is blocked from My Account and more details from Manage > Author > Plan Requirements.
