New Bug Encountered: An error appears when trying to copy my apps

Hello guys,
I’ve been trying to copy a few of my apps since last week and I always received the next error:
Error cloning app on the server: 502 Server Error

Error: Server Error

The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.

Please try again in 30 seconds.

Neither could I report an error in the support form. Also an error appeared!

Please I need help.

You might also visit your My Account page to logout and login again. Sometimes, expired login sessions can cause bizarre behavior.

Hi Steve, thanks for answering.

I tried both things again without success.

  1. First I made a logout / login.
  2. Once I was logged in I also made a Hard Reload deleting the Cache just in case.
  3. I tried to clone one of my apps again and I obtained the same error message.
  4. Then I tried to create a ticket through the Contact Support form as you recommended: Login - AppSheet but the same error appeared.

Something really strange is happening here.
