New Bug Encountered: App doesn't load due to network connectivity on Tablets

Hello,

We have an app that is used on tablets as well as desktops in the same location. We are noticing the following message displayed on the tablets whereas the apps work fine in the desktop browsers. Are there any ongoing issues with apps running on the tablets?
