New Bug Encountered: By Pass Security Filters

I do not know if fails into the category of a bug suddenly I am getting a different behaviour.

I have a set of tables in my app for which I have setup a security filter in order not for all entries to be visible in the app in an effort to make the app run faster.

I have also set-up workflows that produce reports that are based on the table that have the security filter and having selected the By Pass security filter option as show in the picture below

up to Friday I was able to include all entries of the table in my reports. Starting Yesterday it seems that the report is showing only the filtered rows of each table

Any ideas why this sudden change in behaviour?

This was a regression and we are testing the fix for the problem.
We plan to release the change on Friday afternoon Seattle time.
